2023 Flynn Rae Vino Bianco

This wine is composed of 51% Sauvignon Blanc & 49% Fiano from the Sonoma Valley Appellation. This wine was whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel 40% and neutral French oak burgundy barrels 60%. The wine was sur lees aged for 9 months before it was bottled.

On the nose, aromas of pear, white peach and citrus notes of Meyer lemon. This white wine is dry, complex, creamy mouthfeel and full bodied, the finish has bright acidity lingers long on the palette.
